2/27 Scrubby Creek Road, Conondale QLD 4552

300 acres of Aussie bush. This elevated acreage features distant views to the surrounding mountains and it boasts a lot of its own mountainous country. Yet there is a large levelled house site near the front of the block, chosen by the current owner a long time ago; and more ample space to make all of your dreams come true, whether horticultural, agricultural, or just as a place to keep horses.
A perfect weekend retreat. Bring your kids, your trail bikes, and your sense of adventure.
