191 Sheepstation Creek Road, Dundurrabin NSW 2453

Anchor your portfolio and invest into the future with 780 hectares* of coastal range country at Dundurrabin.
Formerly the home to a thriving timber mill operation, the property boasts a bounty of fast-growing natural hardwood stands.
Blue Gum, White and Yellow Stringy, Brush Box, Tallowwood and White Gum are all in abundance and have been selectively harvested for decades on this fertile and productive timber country.
Infrastructure includes an extremely large open shed which houses the mill and is connected to three phase power. This provides opportunities to rejuvenate the milling operation and its 75 inch and 60 inch twin Canadian mill, or branch out into multiple other avenues of storage or industry.
The site also included two demountable cabins, both with their own kitchen and bathrooms and also connected to power and septic.
Water is a huge asset here. Naturally blessed in its location in a high rainfall environment, the Blicks River frontage is pristine and offers numerous camping or farm stay opportunities.
This water security also provides grazing potential and a long term agistment has been in place up until recent years.
An extensive network of gravel logging trails provides quality access around the property and you will have a blast exploring the mountains and valleys for recreation or in search of the next plot of timber to be harvested.
A current PNF-PVP is in place and details can be provided to prospective purchasers.
One for the long-term investor, this property has a natural hardwood resource that has maintained high production for generations. With the current politics shifting toward the shut-down of state forestry, an attractive case can be made for further value increases for privately owned assets of this nature.
Come and enjoy the block now, and land-bank it for the future.
