This property is situated on a gentle sloping block down to the banks of
the Isis River. River is tidal. Access to the river is down a set of stairs,
which leads you to a landing and a floating pontoon, which is removable.
There is excellent fishing from the pontoon. Catches include barramundi,
grunter (spangled javelin), mulloway (Jew fish), bream, cod, flathead and
mud crabs to name a few. We have also caught the occasional shark,
sting ray, and often see turtles and dolphins in the river.
There is quite a variety of birds and wildlife. Monitor lizard, Fresh water
Turtle, Echidna, Wallabys, King Parrot, Lorikeet, Galah, Kookaburra – the
list goes on. We also have the luxury of walking around our property and
