TDC Livestock and Property are pleased to offer to the market; Bullara. Located just minutes to the picturesque historical town of Penola and in the heart of the reliable Southeast of South Australia.

Comprising of some 578.7 prime grazing hectares, the property is studded with magnificent red gums and is highly productive. No wasted hectares. Featuring medium grading to heavy brown loam with areas of true peat, Bullara is a quality property.

Under solid long term management, Bullara has benefited from a good pasture renovation program, with improved stands of phalaris and clovers. All enriched with a long fertiliser history.

The property is set up for ease of management, with all weather lanes servicing the paddocks. The property has also undergone an extensive fencing program and features plain wire and cyclone fencing with additional electric wires.

Quality and secure stock water is also key at Bullara. An upgraded system consists of an electric submersible pump with a variable speed pressure pump filling the satellite tanks at night, with a separate solar system acting as a back up during the day.

There is a good size work shop and machinery shedding, fodder shedding and a four stand raised board wool shed with undercover yard provision. The high capacity cattle yards offer a good and safe space to work. There is an under cover race and crush, round yard and a second crush at the all weather loading ramp. The large holding yards, water troughs and built in hay feeders make weaning and holding cattle in the yards easy whilst keeping the stock comfortable.

Bullara offers more than comfortable living. The renovated four bedroom brick home sits within sweeping lawns and has views over the surrounding tree studded paddocks. The open plan living area is perfect for families and entertaining, whilst the second sitting/play room allows a place to settle in. Well maintained and easy care. The perfect family or managers home.
