Oxley Capital Partners has been retained as transaction advisor to invite offers to partner with or acquire one of the largest pork producers in Eastern Australia - Riverbend Pork Group (Riverbend).

Riverbend represents an established integrated pork enterprise, underpinned by a large geographically diversified farming footprint.

Key investment highlights include:

- comprising a network of ~ 100,000 pigs across 12 owned, 6 leased and 20 contracted farms
- ~ 1,038ha owned farmland footprint spread across Southern QLD and Northern NSW
- large geographically separated farming footprint providing biosecurity risk mitigation
- independently certified and accredited with inhouse Veterinarian and Nutritionist monitoring animal welfare and development
- diverse and growing established distribution channels to both domestic and export markets
- surplus SPU license availability and water rights to support capacity for growth
- founding management maintain significant ownership interests, ensuring long-term alignment to deliver on growth objectives.
