Transaction volumes declined, although the North Coast had the smallest percentage drop (-5.6 per cent) in transactions seen across the regions.
The latest results are a sharp turnaround from 2022 when the North Coast was the only region in NSW to record a decline in median prices, falling 9.6 per cent to $9,800/ha following six consecutive years of growth. However, following growth of 20.1 per cent in 2021, the region’s median price was still the second highest on record and the 20-year CAGR remained healthy at 6.3 per cent.
