There are 6,614* megalitres of water allocations within the portfolio. The Pocket has 5,364*ML, Bindaree 850*ML and Mostowie 400*ML. The water security and river frontage allows these properties to produce crops of Leucaena and hay under centre pivot irrigation, primarily for fodder use.
With high quality river loam soils and a variety of topographies, these properties also potentially lend itself to alternate land uses, including permanent plantings or cropping such as cotton (subject to approval).
“The Pocket” is a grazing property that also has 7 permanent centre pivots utilising irrigation to produce Leucaena and hay. It has open grazing country, an area of cleared bloodwood and iron bark forest, which runs out onto brigalow scrub flats. Strategically fenced into 22 paddocks, the property has tracks and laneways that allows for easy rotation of livestock. The Pocket also has 17*km of Fitzroy River frontage.
“Mostowie” is a grazing property that has 3 permanent centre pivots utilising irrigation to produce hay. The land is highly versatile, with a variety of grasses across the open plains and rich soil types perfect for grazing and this is supported by 14*km of Dawson River frontage.
“Bindaree” is another grazing property with 2 centre pivots utilising irrigation to produce Leucaena and hay. Like “The Pocket,” this property is made up mostly of open grazing country, and contains an area of cleared bloodwood and ironbark forest. The area is fenced into 40 paddocks with 3 intensive irrigation pivots. It also boasts 14*km of Dawson River frontage.
“Karamea” is a grazing property that is also used for beef cattle grazing with centre pivot irrigation. The property notably consists of self-mulching brigalow soil and heavy black soil and is well watered with the Mimosa and Zamia Creeks running through the property.
“Lucie Station” is the largest grazing property in the portfolio at 9,212* hectares and is fenced into 28 paddocks that are connected by tracks and lane ways. The Twelve Mile Creek runs through the property.

The portfolio boasts 35* kilometres of Dawson and Fitzroy River frontage, water security and beautiful views. The combination of location, scale, and water security make it a very unique offering on the market right now.
