The farm properties have been well-maintained by a long-term tenant – a well-known local farmer who has leased the property for the past decade – with a heavy emphasis on dual-purpose grazing crops.
Generally, canola has been sown late January with the first grazing taking place by the end of March. In 2021, 200 hectares have been sown to Clearfield canola and 100 hectares have been sown to Kittyhawk grazing wheat. The harvest is about to commence and yields will not disappoint. The remainder of the rural properties for sale are predominantly sown down to lucerne and clover-based pastures.

The current tenant has also run a large number of stock on the properties throughout all types of seasonal conditions and the water has never let them down.
‘Nimby West’ and ‘Mayona’ are subdivided into 19 main paddocks with a laneway system running throughout most of the properties.
Infrastructure on ‘Nimby West’ includes a four-stand raised board shearing shed and all-steel cattle and sheep yards.
