Once a bustling tin mining town of some 2,000 people I am now a sleepy little hollow of some 80+ residents. I have been an integral part of Torrington for some 100 years or so and was once occupied by the local postmistress for some 25 years of my life. I currently reside on a small rise on the edge of town with a slightly elevated and open outlook over the valley below. I am fully fenced and easy to look after as I only have ½ an acre to manage.
