The property is situated just 4km south of the main Lucindale to Kingston SE Road and the small community of Avenue Range. This block is versatile with it lending itself predominately to livestock production. The stock carrying capacity for this block would be in the vicinity of 70 - 80 cows or 4 DSE. All fences consist of 6 plain wires and 2 electric top wires fitted insulators and connected to a solar energiser (not included in sale).
