The property is situated just 4km south of the main Lucindale to Kingston SE Road and the small community of Avenue Range. This block is versatile with it lending itself predominately to livestock production. The stock carrying capacity for this block would be in the vicinity of 70 - 80 cows or 4 DSE. Being very healthy country and soil types that will also lend itself to cropping and sown hay production. Crops for seed and hay have been grown previously.
This property consists of 102 hectares (252 acres) of black loam clay soil flat country with one small area of rising country.

Stock water is supplied to the property via a bore equipped with a solar pump. Each trough sits on a honeycomb gravel filled pad to prevent stock erosion around the trough.
