Greenmount is highly suitable as a cropping and/or cattle grazing block. It has excellent soils typical of this area and spectacular views of the Edgeroi district.

Country:
Generally gently sloping with soils ranging from black self-mulching to lighter loams. Timber is predominantly Belah, Myall, and Whitebox. All the contour banks are rollovers and have been recently renovated.

Cultivation:
Approximately 400 acres of cultivation which is currently fallowed ready for the 2022 winter crop with 100kg/ha of urea having already been applied. The balance is timber or open grazing.
