Pasture: Permanent pastures are Matrix dominant and Italian Rye grass is used to top up thinner pastures when required. Some paddocks have been resewn to Cocksfoot varieties to provide deep rooted drought proof pastures. Fodder production 1500 rolls of silage 500 Rolls of grass hay annually.
Shelter: The property is extremely well sheltered throughout including a section boundary with the Otway National Park.
