AREA: 155.16ha or approximately 284.56acres - FH + RL.

EXPORT MARKETS: Europe, Middle East, China and Asia making Jayfresh Mangoes one of Australia's largest exports of R2E2 mangoes.

DOMESTIC MARKETS: Supplier to all major Australian supermarkets including Coles, Woolworths and Aldi with established fresh market relationships into Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Annual production of R2E2 capability in excess of 800 tonne (approximately 100,000 cartons) Kensington Pride in excess of 300 tonne (approximately 35,000 cartons). Excellent setting of fruit for the upcoming season. Production is increasing due to the plantation expansion coming into production.

WATER: Multiple irrigation bore and dams, including three metered irrigation bores, totaling 111.6ML, 5 unmetered bores and multiple unmetered domestic bores. Fully described on the separate properties. Plus a large storage dam presently under construction.

SOILS: Soil types on all properties to suit mango production.

LABOUR: 1-2 full time staff plus seasonal labour.
