EXPORT MARKETS: Europe, Middle East, China and Asia making Jayfresh Mangoes one of Australia's largest exports of R2E2 mangoes.

WATER: Multiple irrigation bore and dams, including three metered irrigation bores, totaling 111.6ML, 5 unmetered bores and multiple unmetered domestic bores. Fully described on the separate properties. Plus a large storage dam presently under construction.

SOILS: Soil types on all properties to suit mango production.

LABOUR: 1-2 full time staff plus seasonal labour.
