Will is the Managing Director and OIEC of H F Richardson and Co, incorporating both the livestock and real estate divisions of the family business.

As a fourth-generation Richardson, Will proudly succeeded his father (John) in 2000 and continues to actively service his loyal and extensive client base from Geelong to Colac and Ballarat.

His work ethic and enthusiasm is unwavering, with unsurpassed stock and local property knowledge he is renowned throughout Geelong and the Greater Geelong rural communities he continues to service and support.

Away from his busy work schedule, Will enjoys spending time supporting his beloved Cats and tending to his farm and livestock.
Will is supported by his wife Emma and children Charlie, Angus and Annabelle.
