Will Baston brings decades of combined planning, development and property experience to our Planning, Projects and Development Sales division. Having previously held planning roles with the City of Canning, Claremont, Northam and Carnarvon, Will understands local government processes from the inside, giving clients a strategic advantage when navigating approvals, zoning, and development pathways.

Specialising in development sites, subdivisions and strategic landholdings, Will works closely with landowners and developers to unlock the full potential of their property, ensuring planning strategy, feasibility and market positioning are aligned from day one.

Coming from a well-known Western Australian pastoral family, Will brings a grounded work ethic, long-term accountability and a commitment to doing business the right way. As an active property investor and developer himself, he understands the realities of risk, capital, timeframes and delivery, not just the theory.
