Toby Langley

For 30 years Toby has been involved in all aspects of wine business sales, mergers, investments and strategic planning.

As owner and managing director of Langley & Co Advisors, Toby works with a variety of clients in negotiating the purchase, sale and leasing of wine businesses. He is highly skilled in investment and divestment planning, managing succession and strategic business planning.

Toby first joined the business in 2002 when it was Colin Gaetjens & Shaw, and was made a director two years later. Earlier in his career Toby was Financial Controller for Southcorp Wines (now Treasury Wine Estates) overseeing a $145m capital project to double the red wine capacity of the business, as well as managing a number of winery and vineyard divestments. He also spent time at Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant.
