Shaun Dobbins

When Shaun says he is a local to the Whitsundays, he’s not kidding!  Born and raised in the Whitsundays.  Having spent his life living and working in the rural sector, a step into Real Estate in the 90’s took him on a new path.

Shaun shows extensive knowledge of agribusiness & the local residential markets which provides Shaun with the experience to communicate with buyers and sellers effectively and successfully. His longevity in the region also provides him with an overall insight into the broader real-estate market in the Whitsundays.

Specialising in the rural & farming markets, Shaun has built a strong and reliable network within the local community.  With experience in off the plan land sales and residential sales, he is also able to help clients across a wide-ranging area.

Shaun says he can’t think of anywhere else he would rather live and work than the beautiful Whitsunday region.

“It’s been amazing to watch the transition the area has undergone in the last 40 years,” says Shaun.
