Selena Elphinstone

Burnie born and bred, Selena has a genuine passion for the area, its surrounds and its people.

Since entering the industry in January 2017 after more than 13 years in the employment sector, Selena made an instant impact with her refreshing openness and obvious dedication to work delivering results instantly. A quick search will highlight consistent feedback from her clients, with the common theme being down to earth, professional and making her clients feel as though they have always known one another.

Harcourts recognised Selena’s potential immediately and awarded her the Tasmanian Rising Star Award 2017/18 and in the years since has been widely recognised across the brand as being a High Performer and named 9th place Property Consultant for Harcourts Tasmania 2025/2026. Selena has also been a top 10 Finalist for the prestigious Tasmanian Agent of The Year Award by Rate My Agent. This is an incredible endorsement of not only Selena’s skills as an agent but also a huge commendation of the relationships she forms with her clients, both buyers and sellers as this is an Industry Award and not brand specific to Harcourts.
