His distinguished career includes pivotal roles at CSR Limited in sugar marketing and mill operations, leadership at Alfarm Industries managing farm machinery sales, and ownership of Namoi Valley Implements in Moree and Narrabri. As an innovator, Ross designed and patented the award-winning No-Till planting machine, distributed globally, earning him recognition for excellence in Australian agriculture. His entrepreneurial spirit shone through in co-founding Mayfield Trading and Export Co., where he pioneered fresh pork exports to South East Asia under the Australian Farm Fresh brand while managing an intensive piggery.

Through Agline Distributors, a registered R&D company, Ross has driven advancements in agricultural technology, including the Moisture Manager™ No-Till planting machine and innovative irrigation systems like Sub-Surface Drip, Pivot, and Lateral systems, with research extending to New Zealand’s South Island. His hands-on farming experience—spanning dryland farming, sheep grazing, irrigated cotton, and rotational cropping across properties in Moree, Narrabri, and Condobolin—further strengthens his expertise in rural real estate.
