Ron Nachtweh

Ron started his real estate career in New Zealand 16 years ago, and then decided to travel around Australia with his wife Aree.

After travelling around they landed in Kalbarri and fell in love with the quaint tourist town and found that Ray White Kalbarri was for sale, the decision was easy with Ron’s background in real estate and Aree’s background in accounting, they brought the business.

Ron obtained his WA real estate licence – RR78449 in January 2020 and so the business adventure started.

In the last few years Ron and his team have been though diverse highs and lows from COVID shutting off tourists to the town in April 2020 posing a great loss for the new business to a massive increase in property sales after this period, then Kalbarri being severely damaged by Cyclone Seroja in April 2021 again shutting down the town for months.

This was a massive challenge to collate all the destruction, deal with the many emotions of Staff, Clients, Owners, Guests and Tenants all whilst with no power or communication for quite some time and still liaising over 18 months later with builders and insurance companies.

So onwards Ron went from here completing his Diploma of Property Services - Agency Management in August 2021 and then becoming the Licencee in 2022.

Completing over 158 sales in his first year and half and still going strong. His experience and knowledge in the Kalbarri market has grown in leaps and bounds as well as his love of Kalbarri.

Ron shows a range of skills from Strata Management to Commercial sales and with Loni Visser as his “right hand woman” all contingencies are covered in this ever changing world we live in.
