Richard Skellern

LAWD Auctions’ Senior Director of Sales, Richard Skellern, has more than 40 years’ global experience in the valuation and auction of agricultural plant and machinery assets for banking, finance and insolvency purposes.

Richard has held senior executive roles in major Australian and New Zealand Auction firms that have had business dealings across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, South America and South Africa giving him an incredible in-depth knowledge of international markets. He has also previously owned his own valuation and auction business specialising in agricultural assets.

Richard’s customer-centric focus, excellent negotiating skills, and extensive product knowledge is complemented by his ability to lead a dynamic team of experts and build trusting relationships with vendors and buyers.
