Peter Cooke brings more than 30 years of experience in the agricultural and rural property sectors, underpinned by a deep, practical understanding of regional Australia. 

His background includes hands‑on involvement in cattle and horse enterprises, mixed farming, irrigation and horticulture operations, as well as experience in feed milling, grain storage, oil and gas land acquisition, and water trading. 

From 2013 to 2023, Peter was Principal of two real estate agencies in Clifton and Pittsworth, specialising in rural and residential sales, rental properties, and clearing sales. 

Respected for his straight‑talking approach and strong industry knowledge, Peter is known for building trusted, long‑term client relationships through clear communication, sound advice, and a genuine understanding of the rural property market.
