Payge Rankin

Payge is a long-term local of the Sunshine Coast, growing up in the Noosa to Coolum areas which provides her with critical local knowledge and the ability to successfully connect the right buyers to vendor's properties. Payge’s career has focused on the urban development industry originally based in the Northern Territory for a few years before progressing to a national marketing role with the responsibility for residential project marketing launches and off-the-plan sale campaigns.

Completing a Bachelor of Design and Marketing at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Payge brings motivation, dynamic personality, and a strong work ethic to achieve outstanding results for vendors by applying creative and critical thinking to property marketing campaigns.

Payge is a registered real estate agent and member of the Australian Marketing Institute. Aside from a passion for marketing and real estate, Payge is a mother and has a side hustle as a freelance graphic designer. When she's not in the office, she’s down the beach with her family & two dogs or catching up with friends at local cafes.
