Starting out as a Residential Sales Consultant, Paul learnt the real estate trade and how to deliver exceptional service to his clients.  From 2009 to 2015 Paul held a dual role of Property Sales Consultant and Residential Property Manager and developed his industry renowned expertise in property leasing and management.  His efforts were rewarded with multiple awards for sales and listing achievements.  

In 2015, Paul channelled his desire to make a difference for his clients and push himself further by joining the highly successful team at Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.  As the Commercial Property Manager, he oversaw some 400+ commercial properties.  

Highly adept at property management, and in tune with the needs of owners and tenants alike, Paul has built an impressive network of business owners and clients who rely on his expertise in negotiating the challenges of commercial property sales, leasing and management.  

Paul has completed the Real Estate Licence Course which enables him to understand significant legislative impact, documentation completion and the more complex aspects of the Real Estate Industry.

As of December 2022, Paul has become Owner and Principal of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba. Experience, effort, and determination define the level of service clients receive from Paul Schmidt-Lee, and he welcomes your enquiry on all commercial sales, leasing and property management matters.
