Local knowledge and a passion for Real Estate – look no further than Patty McInnes. With her Real Estate career beginning in 2019, Patty has already proven she has the expertise and enthusiasm to more than capably assist and impress many clients in selling and buying. In her first year of Real Estate she had received 7 recommendations off happy clients. Patty is a Sales Agent, studying currently to become fully licensed to back up her 4 years of experience. She is also Elders Delaney’s Marketing Coordinator, taking care of social media aspects, online website, printed marketing and more, along with the help from the amazing team. Patty believes our marketing coordinates our success rate and that it is imperative to tailor the right marketing to each property. In her spare time she loves to play netball, go to the gym and cook up delicious meals! She lives in Trafalgar with her partner in their first home. She understands that choosing the right agent when selling your home, your biggest asset, is the most important decision you will make.
