Orest Luzny

Orest Luzny was born and bred in the Manjimup area. All but 10 years of his 49 year enjoyable Elders career was spent in this soft, productive, picturesque Manjimup / Pemberton / Northcliffe regions.

Whilst most of Orest’s roles were predominantly in livestock and management, real estate has always been a keen interest throughout and as such in 2010 Orest took the opportunistic role as rural real estate agent based at Manjimup.

As an ardent ‘local boy’, football and cricket (amongst others) were Orest’s sporting passions, captaining and coaching both at senior levels.

Orest’s rural background with Elders and owning his own property provide hands on experiences that can be confidently passed onto prospective buyers.

Orest’s exposure in horticulture is an additional strength that provided a notable unique sale that comprised four separate parties selling to each other within the group as ‘subject to sale’ and ‘special conditions sale’; a true test of negotiation skills and patience.

This type of work earned Orest Number 1 rural sales person of the year for WA in 2015.

Orest enjoys attaining a happy Seller and a happy Buyer outcome.
