Natasha Costigan

With a career in real estate that began in 2004 in an administrative role, Natasha transitioned into sales in 2014. Her strong work ethic, honesty, and genuine commitment to her clients quickly set her apart. By 2016, she was appointed the exclusive selling agent for the “Beechwood Meadows” estate and has contributed significantly to the land sales at Frazers Creek—helping facilitate the sale of over 100 vacant residential and lifestyle blocks, along with numerous residential homes and rural properties across Wauchope and the surrounding region. Natasha’s consistent results have earned her a place among the top three selling agents in the 2446 area year after year.

Natasha is known for building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors alike. Her approach is founded on transparency, trust, and consistent communication—qualities that underpin her impressive sales achievements and long-standing client loyalty.

Her dedication doesn’t end with real estate. Natasha is a passionate community advocate who was part of the small committee that helped bring the Wauchope Skatepark to life. She is also the co-founder of the Wauchope Junior Summer Touch Football competition, which continues to grow and thrive each year. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, has a soft spot for all animals, and finds peace in being with her horses, dogs, and relaxing by the beach.
