About Michael Fratin
I have been with Elders for 5 years and a combined total of 12 years experience as a real estate agent and new home sales consultant. As a real estate agent, I began my career with Elders as a property manager and have since transitioned to a sales agent and most recently as a director.
I have lived in Ararat for 35 years, and I particularly love the lifestyle that Ararat has to offer, the terrific facilities and sense of community make it a great place to raise a young family.
I have sold everything from multi lot land subdivisions, residential family homes, units, small acreage lifestyle properties and commercial properties including the unique sale of the Mountain Grand Guest House & Restaurant in Halls Gap.
I’m particularly experienced in land developments, residential homes, lifestyle properties and hobby farms with a particular interest in vineyards and wineries having successfully established and operated my own winery. Being connected with the land, and the area gives me an edge when matching buyers to the right property.
As part of my service as a real estate agent I’m a big believer in marketing your property the right way, to help achieve the best possible sale price. I’m extremely proud to have been recently awarded – Excellence in Marketing (Elders Franchise Awards (Vic/Tas 2017)
I love the challenge of matching buyers with their ideal property, selling real estate to me is about building strong relationships, I am here as a resource for people who want help in their real estate journey whether that is buying, selling or leasing their property. The satisfaction comes at the end of the process, when all of the small steps have come together and my clients have achieved their goal.
