With a steady, solutions-focused approach, Laura helps keep the office running smoothly; supporting arrears and account processes, coordinating internal communication, and ensuring the details are handled accurately and on time.
Laura is known in the team as an “office all-rounder”: approachable, organised, and dependable when the pace is high or priorities shift. During periods of operational change, she has helped the team maintain continuity by keeping processes moving, tracking follow-ups, and supporting structured internal communication so nothing falls through the cracks.
