Kellie Bell

Kellie Bell calls Sippy Downs home, together with her husband and one year old daughter they relocated from Sydney 16 years ago, chasing a more relaxed coastal lifestyle and an entry into the house property market. Having been the owners of a small villa in south west Sydney prior, in which they renovated inside and out, Kellie's love of trending style and property transformation started. Her interest in real estate deepened when she put that home on the market and started looking for a larger family home. This process gave Kellie a first hand insight into what clients are looking for when buying or selling property.

Having been in the hospitality industry for many years starting when she was just 15, it was time for a new challenge and the fast paced environment of real estate was definitely what called her.

When not working, Kellie can be found enjoying a coffee with either her husband and 2 children, or her friends at her favourite cafes. On the Alex to Mooloolaba Spit or Sippy Downs walking tracks or yelling at the television cheering on her beloved NRL Dragons team.
