Kate embarked on her career in real estate while still studying full time. Backed by entrepreneurial spirit, Kate gained invaluable experience and business acumen through her work with companies like Ansett Australia, P&O Australia, McGrath and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Kate and her business partner, Andrew Maday, both dreamt of opening their own real estate office and they eventually did under the wings of real estate branding company, ONE AGENCY, creating ONE AGENCY - Maday Property in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

Kate's team of real estate professionals has grown with the business but she always takes time to train, educate and inspire her team which has led to awards for excellence such as the Local Business Awards and Rate My Agent Award. The team now canvasses the fields of residential and commercial sales and also residential rentals - property management.

Together with her energetic assistants, Kate always strives to set new benchmarks for her team's success in sales and has worked exceptionally hard to earn a reputation for outstanding results. Her dedication and commitment to customer service are without parallel and this has yielded her ongoing success across dynamic, ever-changing property markets.

The long-term growth and success of the business is founded on vision, development and determination. Kate inspires her hand-selected group of individuals to be totally focused on their customers' needs under the over-arching goal - 'Outstanding sales results through professional delivery of customer care'.
