Julie-Anne Vella

After a long, successful career with Queensland Police, Julie-Anne transitioned to the Real Estate Industry in 2018 and is now the Co-Owner and Business Operations Manager of Harcourts Ignite, with offices in Childers, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Maryborough.

Together with REIQ-accredited training, professional experience, and her own Residential and Commercial Investment Property Portfolio, Julie-Anne delivers a diverse skill set, giving her a strong understanding of the needs of Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants.

Critical in all aspects of the business, Julie-Anne is our Commercial Leasing Manager as well as Business and Marketing Developer and is highly experienced in residential and commercial property management, sales and administration. 

Passionate about creating high-performing teams and providing the best quality service to our Harcourts Ignite clients, Julie-Anne is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation within the business, ensuring Harcourts Ignite remains a trusted and dynamic presence in the regional property market.
