Johnny Gu’s relationship with the property market in general, and with Hoskins Real Estate in particular, began back in 2010 when he bought his first home with the assistance of our Director, Brent Peters. The fact that he returned to Brent for assistance when buying his second property, and began his real estate career shortly afterwards because of the difference our team was able to make to his home buying experience, says a great deal about the motivations of this popular member of the Hoskins team.

Having been born and raised in mainland China, and speaking fluent Mandarin and Shanghainese, Johnny provides his vendors with a real edge in a market that has become increasingly multi-cultural in recent years.
