Highly qualified, Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Teaching, a Master’s degree in Education (Librarianship), a Graduate Diploma in Modern Languages (French), and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Outside of her professional life, Jess is deeply family-oriented. She cherishes the time spent with her husband and their three young children, supporting them in various sports and hobbies.
