About Jessica Cassegrain
A familiar face in the community, Jessica grew up on the family farm in Comboyne, located in the hinterland of Port Macquarie where she completed her schooling. She calls the Hastings region home as a fifth-generation local and has strong family ties in the area through the real estate, agriculture and wine/tourism industries. With an appreciation for the land and agribusiness from an early age, a career in the property industry was a natural progression.
Jessica hails from a career in the property industry spanning almost 15 years including her time spent at Queensland University of Technology obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics. She gained invaluable experience working at top tier firm Jones Lang LaSalle in Brisbane. Jessica commenced her career in property valuation at a firm in the Northern Rivers region in 2009, before relocating back to the Mid-North Coast in 2012. She continued undertaking valuations in the Hastings, Macleay Valley and Greater Taree regions, specialising in residential, rural and lifestyle property.
With her qualifications and experience in property, Jessica decided to transition to a career in real estate and join her father in the family business. Taking this new direction allowed her to apply her expertise for a unique edge in the local market whilst enjoying a more people-focused role and the diversity that this industry affords.
Jessica is a consummate professional, known for her approachability and strong work ethic. Her wealth of knowledge, experience and warm nature is an assurance that not only will she secure a fantastic result for her clients but also facilitate a smooth and stress-free sales process.
