Greg Howick

Greg has over 38 years in the property industry from a solid grounding in Property Trust work in Melbourne, with experience covering shopping centres, industrial park developments, high rise office buildings and strip centre retail outlets.

Greg’s experience ranges from Property Trust work, valuation work in Victoria and New South Wales, and Real Estate Agency involvement in Victoria and New South Wales. Since 1986, Greg has had a strong involvement in the Wagga Wagga commercial market.

Previous organisational experience Greg holds includes a State Board position with Apex, in which he is a Life Member. Greg is also a life member of the Wagga Wagga Water Polo Club and has held Executive and Secretary positions within the club. Greg also served on the Board of the Southern Sports Academy for 20 years and on the board of the Wagga Wagga Country Club.

From the Lowry and Howick agency and onto the Professional Commercial and Industrial Real Estate (PCI) agency, Greg’s involvement in the Wagga Wagga commercial sector grew with the development of the Wagga Wagga Marketplace, Homebase Bulky Goods Centre and South City Shopping Centre, just to name a few of the key development projects.

In 2012, PCI was merged with Fitzpatricks Real Estate and the management portfolio now comprises over 500 commercial tenancies and a substantial team providing quality service.
