As a proud member of the Cowaramup community and a global citizen, being born in Peru, Gracia prides herself on fostering long-lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life. Supporting her clients with care and professionalism is at the core of her approach to real estate, as she strongly believes in fostering connections that extend far beyond the transactional nature of her work.

With a master’s degree in architecture and interior design, Gracia has enjoyed a successful 20 year career in Peru and Sydney, and offers experience in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Her skills are second to none when it comes to listening to what her clients’ needs are, and ensuring a successful outcome for everyone.

In her free time, Gracia enjoys the beautiful beaches of the Southwest region and its amazing surf, playing volleyball, cooking and most importantly, spending time with her family. Gracia brings a unique perspective to her role, and she embodies the perfect blend of professionalism and personal warmth, making her an invaluable member of our sales team.
