Fred Hill

Fred is excited to be part of the Elders Real estate team based in Northam. As part of the Rural Real Estate team he currently services the Avon Valley, Wheatbelt, Central Wheatbelt and beyond. Fred comes from a farming background, and previously owned SportsPower Northam with wife Joanne for the past 12 years, interacting with customers and supporting their needs. The business was built on dedication, communication, determination, and trust.  Fred brings these attributes to Elders and is a valued member of the Elders Real Estate Team.

Fred is part of Avon Valley community and is currently a board member of the Avon Community Development Foundation (ACDF) and the Northam Chamber of Commerce.
