Evan Broadbent commenced his Real Estate career way back in October 1998, and in 2012 embarked on a journey to establish his own Agency now known as Harcourts Warragul. Evan is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer, who has been recognised with numerous individual awards of achievement in his field. Evan is focused on recruiting an elite Real Estate team that combines experience, enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism, all backed with strong communication skills and a culture built around team work. Ongoing training and professional development is a non-negotiable, and his teams constant recognition through both state and national awards provide evidence that he is on the right track. Evan personally focuses his time on servicing Commercial and Industrial Property Sales and Leasing, Urban Growth Zone and Residential Development land, Luxury and Lifestyle Properties, plus specialty Farming and Agribusiness properties. Evan is a happily married father of two children who is extremely proud of what his team is achieving on a daily basis.
