Emmanuel Filipić

Mr. Filipić, former professional footballer turned investor and real estate operator, whose path from the pitch to property reflects a relentless ‘Taking Care of Business’ mindset.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Filipic’s professional football journey began at just 15 years old. His talent took him to Europe, where he played for top Croatian clubs including HNK Dinamo Zagreb, Hajduk Split, Sesvete, and Dugopolje in both the first and second divisions. He also competed in the UEFA Youth Champions League, sharing the field with some of Europe’s most promising young talent. ( 2015 - 2021 )

In 2021, Mr. Filipic spent some time in Florida, USA, where he gained early real estate experience working with Century 21 and Harcourts. That international exposure helped shape his understanding of global property markets.

Upon returning to Australia, he continued his journey with RE/MAX on the Gold Coast and some exposure with NGU Real Estate, followed by roles with Century 21 and One Agency offices in Sydney.

These experiences laid the foundation for the launch of TCB Realty, a boutique agency specialising in Selling & Aquiring off-market Properties, Selling luxury real estate, and strategic property repositioning throughout New South Wales & Queensland.
