Ian Payne

Ian Payne joined the Rockingham team in November 1993 after completing 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy. He jointly purchased the office in 1998 and sold in 2010 to concentrate purely on sales. His knowledge and experience in all areas of the Real Estate Profession are outstanding. Ian specialises in the areas of Rockingham and Baldivis. While most definitely qualified with his training and experience in selling over 700 properties during his time working in real estate, it is his excellent customer service on which he prides himself.
