David Perez

David A. Perez, Licensed Director and Principal of Villa Prestige Properties, is a licensed real estate agent, experienced property investor and planner. David holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from University of California, San Diego. He also attended the University of Melbourne as a visiting student in the Department of Architecture. He is a research expert and highly skilled in development analysis and negotiation techniques that can deliver real savings for clients.

David has spent the better part of the past 12 years pursuing property as a Location Manager in the U.S. and Australia for feature film and television, as well as being a licensed Realtor in the State of California. He and his wife, Linda, have been active investors in the Sunshine Coast property market for the past 10 years.
