Dave Setches

Dave Setches, a resident of Upper Beaconsfield, is an adventurous individual with a love for dirt bike riding. He also has a passion for travel and exploring new places, fishing, golf, camping, and supporting his favorite sports team, Hawthorn Football Club.

Family and friends hold a special place in his heart, and he enjoys watching his children play football and netball. He studied at Longernong agricultural college in Horsham and started his career with Alex Scott and Staff under Roly Hewson in Dandenong in 1993. After 7 years, he moved to SEJ and worked there for 7 years before returning to Alex Scott's in 2007.

In 2021, he completed his full real estate license, and he is also an Auctions Plus assessor. His dedication and commitment to his work are evident through his extensive experience in the industry.
