Craig Hyne

Craig Hyne specialises in the sale of rural and lifestyle properties and development projects, predominantly in the Shires of Chittering and Gingin.

Craig grew up in Gingin and has spent his entire working life in the rural property industry.  His 28 years’ experience extends right across regional Western Australia, including pastoral, agricultural, lifestyle, residential and commercial properties.

Since obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce in Property in 1994, Craig has gained 10 years’ experience as a licensed land valuer, 4 years as a real estate sales manager for a national agribusiness company, and 14+ years as a real estate agent.  In 2012, he took over as owner and licensee of Country Values Real Estate.

Craig is committed to supporting the local community, providing generous sponsorship to numerous groups including local sporting clubs, school, scouts, CanTeen and many others.  He is also volunteer fire fighter and treasurer of the Moore River Region tourism group.
