We have main-street offices in Gingin and Lancelin, Western Australia, which are are between 85 and 125 kilometres north of Perth.

Our History

Our business began as Cabassi Realty, established by Tom and Angela Cabassi in 1997.  In 2010, Craig and Karen Hyne joined the business in partnership with Tom and Angela.  Craig took over as principal in 2012, with Tom remaining as sales manager.  Also in 2012 we started our holiday accommodation business.

In February 2014, we purchased Liz Connell Realty in Bindoon and the whole business was rebranded to Country Values Real Estate.

In September 2017, we purchased Terri Paterson Real Estate in Lancelin, giving us a strong presence in the coastal towns of the Moore River Region.

Our Values

Relationships – It seems that everyone knows everyone in the country.  We make it our mission to build strong relationships and understand the current and future needs of everyone that we meet in the course of our work.
