Just a little about myself:

​I have been in the real estate business for well over 20 years and I am the first Real Estate Agent to open an office on Bruny Island for the benefit of the people.

​Churchill Real Estate office is situated at 3985 Bruny Island Main Road in Alonnah, but don’t get me wrong I am also a mobile agent and will come to you and I am available 7 days a week and out of business hours. I do list and manage properties all over Tasmania.

​Real Estate is an absolute passion of mine and to a large extent, my lifestyle is defined by my work. I love working with people and enjoy achieving the best prices I can for my vendors in all market conditions.

​I began working as a real estate agent on Bruny Island, I worked for Roberts and Remax and sold many properties all over the Island. I then relocated to the Northern Territory for 10 plus years and worked for Ray White, but I was not happy with the franchise real estate agencies as I like to personalise my service to my clients, be flexible according to the needs of my clients and be able to offer an ethical and respectful service.

I  offer market knowledge backed up by many years in the industry, consequently, I developed my own real estate business, Churchill Real Estate Pty. Ltd.

The national experience of selling properties including residential, commercial, and rural properties, and operating a very substantial rent portfolio have all contributed to the experience and knowledge that I can now bring to my clients.

​On a more personal level I am a Bruny Islander, ancestors arriving on the Island in the 1820s, obviously have a good understanding of the Island and its people, having grown up on the Island around Barnes Bay and Killora and now living in Lunawanna.

As a child I attended the Barnes Bay Primary School and later taught at the Alonnah School, I have been involved in education for many years, having taught also in remote and urban areas in the NT.

​I am building again at Lunawanna and going through the delightful process with the council, Oh well! 

Churchill Real Estate is a proud sponsor of the Bruny Island Cricket Club and I look forward to a continuing relationship with the club by supporting, promoting, and assisting in moving the club forward.

​I am involved in the Bruny Island Community Association Committee and am on the Barnes Bay Chapel committee, which is a good idea as most of my family are buried in the cemetery there.

​I have two children and two grandchildren, and my partner is a proud Tasmanian Aboriginal Artist.

​I have a lot of energy, knowledge, and passion for what I do.
