About Cheryle Rayson
As well as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Cheryle has been a licensed Finance Broker since 2002. Cheryle bought her first property which was a 100-year-old terrace in Sydney in her early 20s and has owned and built a number of homes since then. In the past 15 years she has been involved in creating a portfolio of property which has included a number of Renos, sub-divided and built a number of properties - courtyard villas to large family homes. Cheryle has seen plenty of the good, bad and ugly sides of being in this industry - it is what also makes her good at this business - she has an empathetic understanding from the client's point of view. Cheryle is often a guest speaker at seminars on: Investing in Real Estate - Selling your own home - Purchasing your own home and Finance and Gearing for Property Investing. Cheryle grew up in the country on a dairy farm milking cows and managing the stud records, ironically not dissimilar to Bundaberg - the farm was also on a river about 10 miles from the mouth. For holidays she spent time on her Grandparents farm as a sheep stud as a rouseabout. Always keen to help the first home buyer or the seasoned investor.
