Bruce Jubb

With over 1,200 property transactions under his belt, Bruce Jubb knows there’s still nothing more fulfilling than helping people achieve their property goals, whether that be selling a family home, assisting with property investment, working with property developers, supporting owners for the sale of their business, or helping local first home owners achieve a dream.

In the past, Bruce has successfully managed his own dairy and beef properties locally, which makes his knowledge invaluable when dealing with farming properties in this region. Bruce deals with all types of property transactions including residential, commercial, rural and lifestyle properties. “I just love the variety that that brings every day.”

While he has plenty of awards to his name, at heart Bruce is just a down-to-earth, friendly person whose family roots are here in Burnie. He is old enough to remember the good old days in town and country and enjoys the banter with local clients, making people feel at ease. All who have dealt with Bruce know that he is a positive and enthusiastic person. He loves Burnie, its people, and all that the region has to offer. He has strong and lasting connections with the community through various roles and responsibilities. He is married to Michelle and now enjoys seeing nine grandchildren grow up.

Bruce is an excellent negotiator and communicator, guiding people through what can sometimes seem a complex situation. “I believe integrity is important – especially in my field of work where people are trusting you to handle their greatest asset. One of my most important priorities is communication with my clients, being available for their calls, getting back to them, and keeping them up to date with progress.” He places great importance on the good old-fashioned values of honesty, respect and teamwork, “I love being part of the team at Elders that works together to get the best result for all our clients. It is an absolute strength of our office.”
