Brett Barton

Brett is a third-generation real estate agent, principal, and founder of Barton Commerial Property. Brett has been working in commercial real estate in Canberra since 1985 starting as a rent collector. In 1987, Brett joined Colliers International and became the youngest partner in Australia in the organisation at the age of 21. Brett has specialised in all facets of sales and leasing commercial property.

After 23 years with Colliers International, Brett saw a niche in the Canberra market for a boutique agency. Barton Commercial Property began operating in 2010 and has since been one of the dominant commercial agencies in the industrial precincts of Canberra and Queanbeyan NSW and some office-government and medical office transactions.

With 40 years of experience, Brett is the consummate real estate professional with an impressive list of national, local, institutional, and private clients.
