Ben Stevenson

Ben is the Principal and Licensee of Estaterealty Enterprises. Building relationships with people to provide an exceptional service for all your property requirements. Specializing in all property sales and leasing Ben has over 20 years experience in property. Qualifications as an Auctioneer, Stock and Station and Real Estate Agent.

Estaterealty began from his home in Bungendore in 2011 and has now become a leader in Sales and Property Management in NSW and the ACT. The head office is in Queanbeyan CBD and central to the ACT and NSW property markets. Prior to starting Estaterealty Ben was the National Sales Manager of The Village Building Company. Managing his team to record results for the company achieving 996 property sales in only 18 months. Before moving to Bungendore in 2009 Ben and his family lived in Scotland for 5 years. Whilst living there he started a company called Property Solutions. A turn key corporation that sourced property and project managed renovations for Chiropractic Clinics, also designing and constructing landscape projects for residential and commercial projects throughout Scotland and England.

Ben has a passion for rural property which started at a very young age growing up on a sheep and cattle property near Delegate, Southern NSW. Property and the land has always been a focus in Ben's career choices.  In 1998 Ben starting as a sales person for Parnell Partners Estate Agents in Sydney. Still to this day Ben is in touch with the owners of Parnell Partners and continues to instill key elements from his foundation skills learnt under great guidance of the company Partners.
